Note:

Please note no refunds are issued for any City Facility rentals. If you need to cancel your event, please email abyrd@cityofballground.com within 24 hours of your reservation to be issued a Household Credit that can be used to schedule at a later time. All Household Credits expire at the end of the fiscal year (June 30th).

Once a reservation is made and approved, please pay your rental fee. This fee will need to be paid within 10 days of your approval, if it is not paid within those 10 days your reservation will be cancelled. Once your rental is paid, on the day of your reservation you will enter the gym through the keypad by the 4 main doors. Your code to enter will be the last 4 digits of your primary phone number on file followed by the star (*) key.
